The house has been recently painted and refurbished and has new carpets, new beds, plus a smart thermostat for heating and hot water. It’s ideal for couples, young  professionals, and families with kids.
There’s a lovely lawned garden, with a garden shed plus a 6 seater picnic table is included.

LANDLORD INTERACTION

Generally very close by if you have any issues during your rental. We are only a phone call away if you have any questions, plus we have a team of electricians, plumbers and handy-men. So if any repairs are needed during your rental, we can easily organise this.

THE LOCATION

Because the Leeds rental property is in a very central location (just 7 mins drive to Leeds train station) it’s easy to get to the centre of Leeds. However, the house is in a lovely, quiet area near a park. Also with great access to motorways, so it’s the perfect place to live and work in Yorkshire.

Therefore if you’re wanting somewhere very close to Leeds city centre, but in a quiet neighbourhood with free parking, opposite a park with panoramic views of Leeds and a nice relaxed environment then this is the place. We are within 5 mins drive of Leeds Arena, Elland Road Football and Leeds city centre itself.

GETTING AROUND

Number 42 bus costs around £2 and goes to Leeds centre and back every ten minutes from just outside the estate. Uber taxi is around £4 into Leeds city centre. The M1, A1 and M62 motorways are all within 5 minutes drive. Leeds Bradford airport is only a 20 minute drive
