We are generally very close by if you have any issues during your rental. We are only a phone call away if you have any questions, plus we have a team of electricians, plumbers and handy-men. So if any repairs are needed during your stay, we can easily organise this.

THE LOCATION

Because this Leeds rental apartment is in a very central location (just 7 mins drive to Leeds train station) it’s easy to get to the centre of Leeds. However, the apartment is in a lovely, quiet area near a park. Also with great access to motorways, so if you’re doing some travelling during your rental, it’s the perfect place to be.
Therefore if you’re wanting somewhere very close to Leeds city centre, but in a quiet neighbourhood this is the place. It’s opposite a park with panoramic views of Leeds and a nice relaxed environment. It is within 5 mins drive of Leeds Arena, Elland Road Football and Leeds city centre itself.

GETTING AROUND

Number 42 bus costs around £2 and goes to Leeds centre and back every ten minutes from just outside the estate. Uber taxi is around £4 into Leeds city centre. The M1, A1 and M62 motorways are all within 5 minutes drive. Leeds Bradford airport is only a 20 minute drive
